Enrollment

By enrolling, you confirm that your registration details are accurate and you meet prerequisites where stated. You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Eligibility

Enrollment is available to individuals aged 16+ or the legal age of consent to educational services in their province or territory. If you are a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Application Review

We may review applications to verify identity, prerequisites, or eligibility. We reserve the right to decline or revoke enrollment for misrepresentation, risk of harm, or breach of these Terms.

Access to Materials

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for the duration specified at purchase. Sharing logins or redistributing materials is prohibited.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are in CAD. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your province or territory. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all fees due.

Payment Methods

We accept major cards and other listed methods at checkout. You are responsible for any bank or foreign exchange fees charged by your provider.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if no completion certificate has been issued and you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course (generally no more than 20% of modules). Bundled or promotional items may be refunded only as a bundle.

Refund Process

Submit a written request from the email used for enrollment within 7 calendar days of purchase.
We may request proof of issues (e.g., technical logs) to assess eligibility.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Certificates already issued.
Substantial course consumption or download of restricted materials.
Misuse, academic misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
Expired refund window.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested and may result in suspension of access.

Student Conduct

Respect classmates and mentors.
No plagiarism or unethical reporting practices.
Follow Canadian law and platform rules.
Do not harass, discriminate, or share hateful content.
Do not attempt to breach platform security or share unauthorized materials.
Credit sources appropriately; seek consent for interviews and recordings as required by law.

Academic Integrity

All submissions must be your own work unless collaboration is explicitly allowed. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes are resolved in British Columbia courts unless otherwise required by law.

Venue and Governing Law

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the provincial and federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada, except where consumer protection laws mandate otherwise.

Severability and Updates

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
